Q. 我的掃描內容會上傳雲端嗎?Q. Is my scanned content uploaded to the cloud?

不會。掃描影像、OCR 文字、Word 匯出、錯題本等內容 100% 留在你的裝置本地,絕不上傳。詳見 隱私政策。No. Scanned images, OCR text, Word exports, wrong-answer notebook and similar content stay 100% on your device and are never uploaded. See the Privacy Policy.

Q. 要不要登入才能用?Q. Do I need to sign in to use it?

不用。掃描、辨識文字、整理成 Word、省墨、列印、下載本地 AI 模型,匿名即可使用。登入只用於訂閱 / 折抵金等帳號功能。No. Scanning, text recognition, organizing into Word, ink-saving, printing and downloading local AI models can all be used anonymously. Signing in is only for account features such as subscription and credits.

Q. 為什麼要下載「引擎」?下載前提示記憶體不足?Q. Why do I need to download an "engine"? Why the low-memory warning before download?

離線 AI 需要一個約 2.4GB 的本地模型,下載後即可完全離線使用。若你的手機記憶體較小(約 4GB 以下),App 會在下載前提醒——因為載入大模型在低記憶體裝置上可能較慢或被系統關閉,你可自行決定是否下載。Offline AI needs a local model of about 2.4GB; once downloaded it can be used fully offline. If your phone has less memory (around 4GB or below), the App warns you before downloading—because loading a large model on a low-memory device may be slow or get killed by the system, so you can decide whether to download.

Q. 找不到印表機?Q. Can't find a printer?

請確認手機與印表機在「同一個 Wi-Fi」下;支援 AirPrint / Mopria / IPP 的印表機會自動出現。找不到時可改用「用系統列印」選任何印表機。列印資料不外傳。Make sure your phone and printer are on the "same Wi-Fi"; printers supporting AirPrint / Mopria / IPP appear automatically. If none is found, use "Print with system" to choose any printer. Print data is not sent externally.

Q. 如何刪除我的帳號與資料?Q. How do I delete my account and data?

App 內「設定 → 帳號 → 刪除帳號」即可刪除雲端帳號資料;本地內容可直接在裝置上刪除。詳細說明見 帳號與資料刪除說明。In the App, "Settings → Account → Delete account" deletes your cloud account data; local content can be deleted directly on the device. For details, see the Account & Data Deletion guide.
