Our core promise: your content (scanned images, OCR text, Word exports, wrong-answer notebook, audio recordings and meeting transcripts, AI conversations) stays 100% on your device and is never uploaded to the cloud. Speech recognition and AI summarization are all performed offline on the device.

上述功能(掃描、OCR、Word、列印、本地模型、語音會議紀錄、AI 對話)匿名即可使用,不需登入,也不因登入而上傳。The features above (scanning, OCR, Word, printing, local models, voice meeting minutes, AI conversation) can be used anonymously, require no sign-in, and are not uploaded even if you sign in.
麥克風權限:「語音會議紀錄」功能需要你授權麥克風以進行錄音。錄音音檔與轉出的逐字稿僅保存在你的裝置本地,語音辨識完全於裝置端離線處理,不會上傳到我們或任何第三方伺服器。你可隨時在裝置系統設定中關閉麥克風權限。Microphone permission: the "voice meeting minutes" feature requires your permission to use the microphone for recording. The audio recordings and the resulting transcripts are stored only locally on your device, speech recognition is performed entirely offline on the device, and nothing is uploaded to us or any third-party server. You can revoke the microphone permission at any time in your device system settings.

本地資料由你在裝置上自行保存與刪除。Cloud Meta 帳號資料的保存期限: 於帳號存續期間內保存;帳號刪除後,除法令另有要求外,於 30 天內移除。Local data is kept and deleted by you on your device. Retention of Cloud Meta account data: it is kept for the life of the account; after account deletion it is removed within 30 days, unless the law requires otherwise.
你可申請刪除雲端帳號資料。刪除方式與範圍請見 帳號與資料刪除說明。本地資料可直接於裝置上刪除 App 或清除資料。You may request deletion of your cloud account data. For the method and scope of deletion, see the Account & Data Deletion guide. Local data can be deleted directly on your device by uninstalling the App or clearing its data.
你可要求查詢、更正、刪除你的 Cloud Meta 帳號資料,或撤回同意。行使方式請聯絡上述隱私聯絡窗口 Email。 本服務主要提供地區為台灣;若你位於其他司法管轄區,亦可依當地適用法令行使查詢、更正、刪除或撤回同意等權利。You may request to access, correct or delete your Cloud Meta account data, or withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, contact the privacy contact Email above. This service is provided mainly in Taiwan; if you are in another jurisdiction, you may also exercise rights such as access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent under your local applicable laws.
