本政策說明 InkNote AI(下稱「本 App」)如何處理你的資料。核心承諾: 你的內容(掃描影像、OCR 文字、Word 匯出、錄音音檔與會議逐字稿、AI 對話)預設 100% 留在裝置本地,語音辨識與 AI 摘要皆於裝置端離線完成。 唯一例外:若你是訂閱會員並在會議紀錄中主動點選「雲端加強整理」,系統才會將該場會議的逐字稿傳送到本公司的雲端主機進行 AI 加強摘要,處理完成後即刪除該逐字稿;此功能為選用,且由你主動點選才會執行;首次使用會先明確說明並取得你的同意(詳見〈雲端加強整理(選用)〉一節)。This policy explains how InkNote AI (the "App") handles your data. Our core promise: by default your content (scanned images, OCR text, Word exports, audio recordings and meeting transcripts, AI conversations) stays 100% on your device, and speech recognition and AI summarization are performed offline on the device. The only exception: if you are a subscriber and you actively tap "Cloud Enhance" in a meeting, the App sends that meeting's transcript to our cloud server for enhanced AI summarization, and deletes that transcript after processing; this feature is optional and runs only when you actively tap it; the first use shows a clear notice and asks for your consent (see the "Cloud Enhance (optional)" section).

上述功能(掃描、OCR、Word、列印、本地模型、語音會議紀錄、AI 對話)匿名即可使用,不需登入,也不因登入而上傳。The features above (scanning, OCR, Word, printing, local models, voice meeting minutes, AI conversation) can be used anonymously, require no sign-in, and are not uploaded even if you sign in.
麥克風權限:「語音會議紀錄」功能需要你授權麥克風以進行錄音。錄音音檔與轉出的逐字稿僅保存在你的裝置本地,語音辨識完全於裝置端離線處理,不會上傳到我們或任何第三方伺服器(唯一例外為你主動使用的「雲端加強整理」,僅上傳逐字稿、完成即刪,見下節)。你可隨時在裝置系統設定中關閉麥克風權限。Microphone permission: the "voice meeting minutes" feature requires your permission to use the microphone for recording. The audio recordings and the resulting transcripts are stored only locally on your device, speech recognition is performed entirely offline on the device, and nothing is uploaded to us or any third-party server (the only exception is the "Cloud Enhance" feature you actively invoke, which uploads only the transcript and deletes it after processing — see the next section). You can revoke the microphone permission at any time in your device system settings.

This may include the error stack trace at the time of a crash, app version, device model, operating system version, and performance metrics such as startup time and memory usage. This data is used solely for analytics and troubleshooting, and does not include your scanned images, recordings, transcripts, or any document content.
本地資料由你在裝置上自行保存與刪除。Cloud Meta 帳號資料的保存期限: 於帳號存續期間內保存;帳號刪除後,除法令另有要求外,於 30 天內移除。Local data is kept and deleted by you on your device. Retention of Cloud Meta account data: it is kept for the life of the account; after account deletion it is removed within 30 days, unless the law requires otherwise.
