本頁說明如何刪除你的 InkNote AI 帳號與相關資料。This page explains how to delete your InkNote AI account and related data.

一、如何申請刪除1. How to request deletion

請寄送刪除申請至:service@inknoteai.com, 信中請註明你登入所用的 Email 或登入方式,以便核對身分。我們會在 30 天內內處理。Please send a deletion request to: service@inknoteai.com, stating in the email the Email or sign-in method you used to log in so we can verify your identity. We will process it within 30 days.

App 內帳號頁的一鍵刪除功能尚在開發中;在其上線前,請以上述 Email 方式申請。我們不會以「停用帳號」代替真正刪除,也不會顯示假的刪除成功。The one-tap deletion feature on the in-app account page is still under development; until it launches, please request deletion via the Email above. We will not substitute "disabling the account" for genuine deletion, nor will we show a fake deletion-success message.

二、會被刪除的資料(雲端 Cloud Meta)2. Data that will be deleted (Cloud Meta)

Firebase 帳號(UID)、Email、登入 Provider 識別Firebase account (UID), Email, sign-in provider identifier
訂閱等級與驗證紀錄摘要Subscription tier and verification-record summary
折抵券餘額、Family 綁定、硬體授權摘要Coupon balance, Family linking, hardware-license summary

註:依法令或金流/發票稽核需求,部分交易紀錄可能需在法令要求之最短必要期間(如無相關法令要求則不另留存) 內留存後再刪除。Note: due to legal requirements or payment/invoice auditing, some transaction records may need to be retained for the shortest necessary period required by law (with no additional retention if no such law applies) before being deleted.

三、本地資料(由你自行刪除)3. Local data (deleted by you)

掃描影像、OCR 文字、Word 匯出、錯題本與本地模型只存在你的裝置。這些資料不在雲端,可直接於裝置「設定 → 應用程式 → InkNote AI → 清除儲存空間」或移除 App 來刪除。Scanned images, OCR text, Word exports, the wrong-answer notebook and local models exist only on your device. This data is not in the cloud and can be deleted directly on the device via "Settings → Apps → InkNote AI → Clear storage" or by uninstalling the App.

四、訂閱注意事項4. Subscription notes

刪除帳號不會自動取消 Google Play 訂閱;請另於 Google Play → 訂閱中取消,以免持續扣款。Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription; please cancel separately in Google Play → Subscriptions to avoid continued charges.
